My telehealth service is for Established Patients who remain Hawaii residents:

We will have our visit through the HIPPA compliant Charm Patient Portal. Once your appointment has been confirmed, you will be sent a Zoom link through the Charm Patient Portal for the time of our appointment and additional paperwork to be completed online and uploaded to the portal. Video appointment is via Zoom. For existing patients, phone appointments and FaceTime can also be scheduled if you do not have access to a computer.

All patients taking advantage of my Telehealth service are required to obtain a home scale, home blood pressure kit, thermometer, pulse oximeter and be prepared to take your own vitals DURING each visit. In addition, You should have a primary care physician that you see yearly for in-office physical exams.

How can I help you now that I am no longer in Hawaii?
