Cancellation Fees: There are no cancellation fees if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time . Cancellations under 48 hours are charged $50 cancellation fee.

Refunds/Returns: Supplements can be bought from my online formulary Fullscript or can be purchased through the vendor of your choice. Returns for supplements follow the return policies of the 3rd party vendor you choose.
